Kenton K. Alder
Chief Executive Officer and President
Kenton K. Alder has served as our Chief Executive Officer, President and Director since March 1999. From January 1997 to July 1998, Mr. Alder served as Vice President of Tyco Printed Circuit Group Inc., a printed circuit board manufacturer. Prior to that time, Mr. Alder served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ElectroStar, Inc., a publicly held printed circuit board manufacturing company, from December 1994 to December 1996. From January 1987 to November 1994, Mr. Alder served as President of Lundahl Astro Circuits Inc., a predecessor company to ElectroStar. Mr. Alder holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Utah State University.
Dale Knecht
Vice President, Information Technology
Dale Knecht is our Vice President of Information Technology. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Knecht served as Vice President of Information Technology for the Tyco Electronics Printed Circuit Group. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Knecht served in a dual role as Director of IT Regional Governance, North America, for Tyco Electronics. Prior to that, Mr. Knecht served from 1998 to 2001 as Manager, SAP Global Support, and from 1993 to 1998 as Regional Systems Manager, Latin America & Canada, for AMP Inc. Mr. Knecht holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Lafayette College.
Jeanette Newman
Vice President, Human Resources
Jeanette Newman has served as our Vice President, Human Resources since January 2006, having served as the Human Resources Director for our Burlington and Redmond Divisions since 2002. Prior to joining TTM Technologies, Ms. Newman served from 2000 to 2002 as Human Resources Director for BroadBand Office.com, a start-up company. From 1995 to 2001, Ms Newman was a Human Resource Consultant and Generalist with MCI WorldCom. Ms Newman holds a degree in Human Resource Management from George Mason University, Virginia, and Certification in Human Resource Organization Development from University of Virginia.
Steven W. Richards
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Steven W. Richards has served as our Chief Financial Officer since November 2005. From May 2000 to October 2005, Mr. Richards was our Vice President and Treasurer. Prior to joining TTM Technologies, Mr. Richards worked for Atlantic Richfield, an oil and gas company, from June 1996 to April 2000 in financial planning, analysis and reporting. Mr. Richards holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Douglas L. Soder
Executive Vice President
Douglas L. Soder recently joined TTM Technologies as Executive Vice President. He formerly was Executive Vice President of Tyco Electronics Printed Circuit Group since January 2001. Mr. Soder began his career in 1983 as a Sales Engineer with AMP Inc. From 1983 to 1989, Mr. Soder held a progression of sales assignments culminating with Account Executive assignments for IBM. In 1989, Mr. Soder joined TEPCG as a Regional Sales Manager. From 1989 to 1994, Mr. Soder held a number of Regional Sales Manager assignments and helped establish a national manufacturing representative network for the business. In 1994, Mr. Soder returned to AMP Inc., serving as Regional Sales Manager for AMP-AKZO, the company's PCB joint venture with Akzo Nobel Corp. In 1996, Mr. Soder re-joined TEPCG as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, a role he held for four years. Mr. Soder received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Dickinson College.
Shane Whiteside
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Shane S. Whiteside has served as our Chief Operating Office since January 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Whiteside was our Vice President of Operations, Santa Ana Division from January 2001 to December 2002, Director of Operations, Santa Ana Division from July 1999 to December 2000, and from March 1998 to June 1999, Director of Operations of Power Circuits. Mr. Whiteside holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
