SANTA ANA, CA - April 16, 2010 - TTM Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: TTMI), has been recognized by Forbes.com as one of the top 100 most trustworthy American companies as rated by the independent financial analytics company, Audit Integrity.

"Preserving the trust of our shareholders and other stakeholders is of paramount importance to TTM, making the Forbes.com award a particularly special recognition", noted Kent Alder, TTM Technologies President and CEO.

The highest ratings are given to companies that consistently demonstrate transparent and conservative accounting practices and solid corporate governance and management. "These are the good guys," says Jack Zwingli, the chief executive of Audit Integrity. "They've consistently shown accuracy and transparency in their financial reporting."

This is the fourth year that Forbes.com has published the list of 100 most trustworthy companies. The 100 companies on the list are a mixture of large-cap, mid-cap and small-cap companies that are screened from more than 8,000 to meet specific requirements for financial reporting.
